Each container contains 6 varieties of microgreens starting with Sunflower, Pea, Buckwheat, Broccoli,  Purple Kohlrabi and Rambo Radish.  We harvest each variety one at a time into each container with fully washed and gloved hands using a sharp harvest knife.That way our customers are able to seperate the product if they choose to utilize each variety as they so desire.
